Matthew Smith

As Managing Partner, Matthew brings 25 years experience as a military pilot, with qualifications as a Pilot in Command, Air Mission Commander, and Maintenance Test Pilot. He was an experimental test pilot for the EH60-L Advanced Quick Fix aircraft program as a contractor for Raytheon E-Systems in the mid 1990's. Additionally, he served as an executive for a computer peripherals firm, overseeing day-to-day operations, lending invaluable assistance to the President and CEO, and providing guidance to software and hardware developers alike. Through a simulator partner, Mr. Smith is completing his own personal F-18E Super Hornet Simulator, where the in-cockpit visuals and out of cockpit visuals are combined, and presented, using Varjo's XR-4 Focal Edition XR Headset. His extensive experience in aviation consulting, specializing in simulation technologies and aircraft acquisitions, ensures seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Armando Martinez

Armando Martinez brings over 6,000 flight hours and four decades of military and civil aviation expertise to every project. Qualified as Pilot in Command on UH-1H and UH-60A/L helicopters, he combines operational experience—including Dept. of State missions in Colombia and Guatemala, with deep instructional knowledge. As an FAA CFI and Program Manager (Part 141), Armando has managed ITAR compliance and developed hybrid training programs for military pilots and organizations from Mexico, Guatemala, Panama, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Ghana, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates. With 2,000+ simulator hours, flying and instructing, he champions cost-effective, safety-first simulator based training solutions, backed by a global network that connects manufacturers with customers seamlessly. Mr. Martinez focuses on client relations and facilitating international aviation deals. His expertise in global markets helps connect buyers and sellers worldwide.

Shane P. Cooper is an accomplished engineering and technology leader with over a decade of experience in multidisciplinary design, product development, and team management. His background spans electrical, mechanical, and ergonomic engineering, enabling him to lead the development of integrated solutions that balance performance, usability, and real-world application across diverse industries. A named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, Shane has a proven ability to translate complex concepts into scalable, market-ready products. He brings extensive experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding projects through the full development lifecycle—from concept and prototyping to deployment and optimization—while aligning technical execution with business objectives. With a broad foundation in engineering, systems integration, and leadership, Shane delivers a holistic approach to innovation, bridging disciplines, driving efficiency, and building high-performing teams to achieve impactful results. As CTO, Shane oversees the technical implementation of simulation systems, ensuring cutting-edge performance and reliability.
